  • Can you work on my car without auto insurance?

    Yes, we can perform repairs on your vehicle without insurance involvement. You have the option to pay for our services directly out of pocket if you prefer not to use insurance.
  • What do I do after I receive my estimate?

    After receiving your estimate, the next steps depend on your payment method. For out-of-pocket payments, contact us to schedule a repair appointment. If you're using insurance, forward the estimate to your assigned adjuster for review and approval. Once approved, you can then schedule your repair with us.
  • Can I bring my own parts?

    To maintain the integrity of our lifetime warranty on craftsmanship and materials, we source parts exclusively from reputable vendors who offer warranties. This policy ensures the quality and reliability of the repairs we provide.
  • What kind of parts do you use?

    Our initial estimates always include new OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. However, we offer flexibility for out-of-pocket payments, allowing requests for more cost-effective options like used or aftermarket parts. For insurance-covered repairs, most insurers approve used or aftermarket parts when available. Customers always have the option to pay the difference for OEM parts if preferred.
  • Do I have to go to a body shop that my insurance recommended to me?

    Oregon law protects your right to choose any repair shop you prefer, regardless of insurance company recommendations. You are not obligated to use a specific shop suggested by your insurer.
  • What insurances do you work with?

    Our auto body shop collaborates with all insurance providers to facilitate your repair process.
  • Can I get a quote over the phone?

    Due to the unique nature of each vehicle and its damage, we cannot provide accurate quotes over the phone. For a precise estimate, we invite you to either submit photos through our online portal or schedule an in-person appointment at our shop.
  • Do you offer full paint jobs?

    At present, our services do not include full body paint jobs. We primarily focus on collision and auto body repair work.
  • Do you offer rentals?

    While we don't provide rental vehicles directly, we have established a partnership with the Enterprise location on East Burnside. We can assist you in arranging a rental car through this nearby Enterprise branch.
